Terms of Service

1. Who we are

SaberSlam ("the Service") is operated by SaberSlam LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. What the Service is — and is not

The Service provides statistical simulations, projections, and analytics about Major League Baseball games for informational and entertainment purposes only. The Service is not a sportsbook, does not accept or place wagers, and does not provide betting, legal, or financial advice. Projections are probabilistic estimates; they are frequently wrong by design, and past performance of the model does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make, including any wagering decisions, and for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction, including age requirements.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher). You are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person; accounts are not transferable or shareable.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid access is billed monthly in advance through our payment processor (Stripe) at the price shown at checkout, and renews automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account page; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the period already paid. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices with at least 14 days' notice, effective at your next renewal.

5. Acceptable use

You may not resell, redistribute, scrape, or systematically extract the Service's data or projections; use the Service to build a competing dataset; probe or disrupt the Service; or share subscriber content publicly at scale. Reasonable personal sharing (e.g. a screenshot of a game card) is fine.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its models, projections, design, and content, is owned by SaberSlam LLC. Team names and player names are the property of their respective owners; the Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by Major League Baseball or any team.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaberSlam LLC's total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including any wagering losses.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections 6–9 survive termination.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the site with reasonable notice, and continued use constitutes acceptance. Questions: support@saberslam.com.
